SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ–Week two of the 2021 Union County High School Football season saw things pretty much stay the same for the top three ranked teams in Union County. However, the change came in at No. 4 with Summit making the jump after its win over Rahway on the road last Saturday (34-13). Meanwhile, Linden climbed to 8th in the poll after its 3-0 win over Montgomery while Elizabeth returned to the Top 10 after it rallied to knock off Watchung Hills on the road.
