SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ—A big week of football is taking shape for Big Central Gridiron, and it starts on Thursday with a trip to Monmouth Junction to see South Brunswick in action versus J.P. Stevens starting at 6:00 PM. Then, on Friday, BCG heads over to Memorial Field in Cranford to see the Cougars in action versus Colonia in a key match-up in the Big Central Conference’s Division 4. On Saturday morning, Big Central Gridiron heads over to Roselle Park for the Panthers game against South Hunterdon. Finally, BCG will travel over to Franklin High School in the late afternoon on Saturday to take in the game between Monroe and East Brunswick. Below are Big Central Gridiron’s Picks for Week 6:
