SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ—Another big week of football is taking shape for Big Central Gridiron. For the first time this season, BCG will be checking out some sub-varsity and middle school action this week. On Wednesday, BCG will head down to Crossroads Middle School in South Brunswick to see Crossroads host South Plainfield.
On Thursday, we’ll be at Lou Bartha Field in the afternoon to see J.F. Kennedy’s freshmen host Colonia, and then head over to Middlesex to see the Blue Jays take on St. Thomas Aquinas in the only Big Central varsity match-up of the day. On Friday, Big Central Gridiron travels up to Tiger Stadium in Linden to see the Freshmen Tigers host North Hunterdon in the afternoon before heading over to North Brunswick for Friday night’s contest between the Raiders and Union.
On Saturday, BCG wraps up its week with a trip to Woodfield Stadium at Conant Street Park in Hillside to see the Comets host Delaware Valley. Below are Big Central Gridiron’s Picks for Week 7:
