Bernards remained at No. 2 while New Providence jumped up to No. 3 after its shutout of Spotswood (36-0) and Hillside’s loss to Rahway (40-21) at home. Middlesex moves ahead of Manville since the Jays defeated Metuchen (28-20), which upset the Mustangs (14-2) at Ned Panfile Field on Friday. Bound Brook returns to the poll at No. 10.
