SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ–Week Nine in Somerset County saw mostly calm waters with the top seven teams in last week’s poll staying where they are. Hillsborough, the only undefeated team in Somerset County, remains atop the poll with Somerville and Ridge close behind.
Bernards, Bridgewater-Raritan, North Plainfield, and Immaculata stay at Nos. 4 through 7. The only changes occurred at the bottom of the poll with Bound Brook defeating Roselle and Manville falling to Metuchen. Montgomery was also impressive in defeat to Cranford (26-14).
