2023 Big Central Conference Football Coaches

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Below is the list of all the head football coaches in the Big Central Conference. There are 11 new head coaches in the BCC for the 2023 season. Two of the eleven new coaches have had prior head coaching experience.

Edison’s new football coach, Matt Yascko, led Carteret to sectional titles in 2007 and 2012. Sayreville’s new head football coach, Don Sofilkanich coached previously at Asbury Park, Neptune, Bishop Ahr/St. Thomas Aquinas, and New Brunswick. Of the 59 schools in the BCC, only 13 have head coaches with 10 or more years of experience.
