As part of the BCG’s 2023 Football Season Preview, it has put together a Pre-Season Top Ten for the entire Big Central Football Conference. Phillipsburg is BCG’s pick as the Big Central pre-season number one for 2023. The Stateliners finished 2022 atop the BCG Top 10, and stays there to begin the new season.
