SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – On Thursday afternoon, the 2023 New Jersey High School Football season continues a large slate of Week 3 games to kick off the three-day weekend. Friday, most schools in New Jersey will be closed for the Jewish New Year, or Rosh Hashanah.
For the Big Central Conference, many of the games are scheduled to be played on Thursday. Eighteen games are scheduled for Thursday while eight are slated for Friday, and four more are scheduled for Saturday.
