SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – On Thursday night, the 2023 New Jersey High School Football season begins another large slate of Week 7 games. Most of the Big Central Conference games will be played on Friday with no Thursday night games scheduled, and several contests on Saturday.
Big Central Gridiron will be covering two games this week starting with a night game on Friday between South Plainfield and Perth Amboy at historic Waters Stadium in Perth Amboy. The schedule may change a bit due to an impending coastal storm that is forecast to bring a lot of rain to the Garden State this weekend. Below are BCG’s Week 7 picks.
