Ridge Stays at No. 1 While Aquinas Moves into 2nd
In preparation for Week 9, Big Central Gridiron put together its latest top ten following Week 8 play. Ridge remains atop BCG’s Top 10. However, there was a bit of a shake-up elsewhere in the latest rankings. For starters, St. Thomas Aquinas (9-0) moves up a spot to 2nd while Montgomery slips to 3rd.
North Brunswick moved up to fourth and Bernards crept up to fifth. Four of the top five teams in the latest BCG Top 10 are undefeated. Phillipsburg and Hillsborough slipped a bit while St. Joseph’s moved up to No. 8 after its resounding win over previously ranked Summit. Watchung Hills climbs to No. 9 while Hunterdon Central returns to the poll at No. 10. Latest records in parenthesis:
