SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – On Wednesday night, the New Jersey high school football begins its final chapter with Thanksgiving Holiday games. There are four Turkey Day contests involving teams from the Big Central Conference.
Big Central Gridiron will be covering two of them, St. Thomas Aquinas versus Immaculata on Thanksgiving Eve, and Phillipsburg versus Easton on Thanksgiving morning. Below are BCG’s Thanksgiving Day picks.
