Phillipsburg was the second highest-seeded school from the Big Central Conference in all of the NJSIAA State Tournament. The Stateliners are one of two teams from the BCC remaining in the state playoffs. Led by QB Jett Genovese, RB/WR Felix Matos, and WR Matthew Scerbo, Phillipsburg will play in its first regional final and state semifinal game when it hosts Ramapo in the Group 4 State Semifinal at Bellis Field at Maloney Stadium on Friday night.
