Aquinas Stays atop the Latest BCG Top 10
In preparation for Week 5, Big Central Gridiron put together its latest top ten following Week 4 play. Thanks to its 25-8 victory over Elizabeth at Williams Field on Friday night, the Trojans of St. Thomas Aquinas remained atop the latest BCG Top 10 with a 4-1 overall mark.
The Trojans remain undefeated in the Big Central Conference at 3-0 including an unblemished 2-0 mark in the BCC’s National Silver Division. Aquinas has outscored its opponents by a margin of 202 to 84, or by an average of 40 to 17 per game. In BCC games, Aquinas has outscored its foes by a margin of 123 to 20 or by an average of 41 to 7 per contest.
Unbeaten Somerville, St. Joseph’s, and Bernards also remain in the next three spots while Ridge stays in 5th. The BCG Top 10 didn’t change much at all this week except for its final spot. Rahway moves into the Top 10 for the first time this season. Latest records in parenthesis:
