SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Defending two-time BCG Small School Top Ten No. 1, Bernards continues its dominance among the small schools in the Big Central Conference. The Mountaineers remained undefeated at 6-0 after shutting out South Plainfield, 28-0 last Friday night.
Over the past two and a half seasons, Bernards has compiled an overall mark of 26-3. The Mountaineers have won the BCC’s Patriot Gold Divison three years in a row. Hillside, A.L. Johnson, New Providence, and Delaware Valley round out the top five while Middlesex County schools, Spotswood, and Metuchen are ranked 6th and 7th respectively. Current records in parenthesis:
