2024 BCC Freedom Silver Title Implications

Heading into the final week of the regular season, a huge game looms on Saturday afternoon in Belvidere when the Middlesex Blue Jays visit Domenick Colangelo Stadium to take on the Seaters. Both the Jays and Seaters are tied for first place and the winner of Saturday’s game wins the BCC’s Freedom Silver Division crown.

Winner of Middlesex-Belvidere Gets BCC’s Freedom Silver Crown

Two teams are battling it out for the Big Central Conference’s Freedom Silver Division crown. Entering the final weekend of the 2024 regular season, both the Middlesex Blue Jays and the Belvidere Seaters are tied for first place at 4-0.

The Jays and the Seaters will settle things on the field when Middlesex travels up to Domenick Colangelo Stadium in Warren County to take on Belvidere. The winner of this game will claim the BCC’s Freedom Silver title outright.

Belvidere is two years removed from a winless season and had lost 13 straight games before defeating Metuchen in September 2023. Middlesex finished second to South Hunterdon a year ago en route to a 7-2 overall record and a playoff appearance.
