Only six teams remain in the state playoffs from the 59 schools of the Big Central Conference. Bernards will play for its second straight championship on Friday night. New Providence is looking to capture the North Jersey Section 2 Group 1 title when it travels to Cedar Grove on Friday night. Phillipsburg will be playing in its third straight sectional championship while Somerville will be playing in its first sectional final since 2019.
Four of the Six Remaining BCC Schools Are Playing for Sectional Titles on Friday Night
SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – This coming weekend, the NJSIAA Public School sectional championships will take place. Only six schools from the Big Central Conference remain, and four of them will be playing for sectional titles on Friday night.
