SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – The kickoff of the 2025 New Jersey High School season is just a few days away, and Big Central Gridiron is taking a look at the key non-conference games on the schedule around the BCC this season.  

Most of the important non-conference games are taking place during Week 0 as Big Central Conference teams square off against squads from the Shore Conference, Super Football Conference, and West Jersey Football League.
