2024 BCG Season Rewind – BCC Freedom Gold

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Before we begin the 2025 New Jersey High School football season, let’s take a quick look back at the 2024 campaign.  First stop on the tour is the Big Central Conference’s Freedom Gold Division, won by Spotswood followed by Highland Park.

The Chargers, led by QB/LB Semir Tolbert-Brimage, ran the table in this division to a 5-0 mark, en route to an 8-2 campaign.  Meanwhile, Highland Park was one of the most improved teams in the division with a 4-1 mark and finished with a 6-3 record overall .  The Owls enjoyed their best season in over 10 years behind the play of QB Markos Hantsoulis.
