SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – The off-season was a busy one as far as the coaching carousel of the Big Central Conference was concerned. Since the 2024 season ended last December, there have been a total of 13 head coaching changes in the BCC.

Over the past two seasons, there have been 22 head coaching changes around the BCC. Out of the 59 schools in the BCC, over two-thirds of them have head coaches at the helm for five years or less. Meet the 2025 Big Central Conference Coaches below.
