Big Central Gridiron Ranks Pre-Season BCC Group 5 Top Ten

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – In preparation for the upcoming high school football season, Big Central Gridiron ranked all of the Group 5 teams in the Big Central Conference. Here are BCG’s Top Ten Group 5 public schools in the BCC heading into the 2025 season. Last year’s record in parentheses.

  2. Hillsborough (7-4)
  3. Bridgewater-Raritan (4-7)
  4. Piscataway (7-4)
  5. Plainfield (6-4)
  6. Old Bridge (6-4)
  7. Sayreville (4-6)
  8. Hunterdon Central (4-6)
  9. Union (2-8)
  10. Linden (4-6)

Also considered:  Monroe (4-6), Edison (5-5), Franklin (4-6), South Brunswick (3-6), and North Brunswick (2-7).
