Areas of Concern:Inexperience on the offensive line.
OutlookTwo years ago, Colonia’s incoming senior class was dominant on the junior varsity level.  The 2023 JV Patriots were undefeated for much of the season before losing at Summit in a defensive struggle (7-0).  This talented group led by QB and hoops standout, Dylan Chiera as comprised of others such as fellow bball standouts, Julien Jones, R.J. Wortman, Tyler Chiola, and Tyler Hermann.  Jones brings a toughness on both sides of the ball while a healthy Wortman provides athleticism and a solid pair of hands that should overcome the loss of leading wideout Nygel Hill to graduation.  The key will be how quickly Colonia’s offensive line gels.
