BCG Top Ten – September 28, 2025

Phillpsburg, St. Thomas Aquinas, and St. Joseph’s round out the top three teams in Big Central Gridiron’s Top Ten following play in Week 4.

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Week 4 play concluded in the Big Central Conference on Saturday with the Phillipsburg Stateliners still on top in the latest BCG Top Ten. St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Joseph’s are close behind in the second and third spots in the poll.

Ridge made the biggest jump this week with its 33-14 victory over previously undefeated Bridgewater-Raritan at Lee Field in Basking Ridge on Friday night. The Red Devils only two losses came at the hands of the top ranked Stateliners on September 19th (28-6) and the third ranked Falcons (24-7) on September 5th.

Sayreville has quietly moved within a notch of the top five by winning its first five games, including a recent 28-14 win over Hillsborough. The Bombers have a huge test coming up on Friday night when they travel to Kenny Armwood Stadium to face Piscataway.
