Big Central Conference Schedule – Week 9

State Tourney and Regional Crossover Games Consisting of a Lot of BCC Crossover Match-Ups

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – The 2025 New Jersey High School Football Season has reached the playoffs.  The NJSIAA state playoffs and regional crossover games get underway this week.   Many of the games look more like Big Central Conference Crossover Match-Ups.

Big Central Gridiron has a big slate of games planned for this week, beginning on Wednesday.  BCG will be taking in a Middle School contest between South Plainfield and North Plainfield on Wednesday afternoon. Then, it will head up to Waters Stadium in Perth Amboy for a regional crossover contest between the Panthers and East Brunswick.

On Friday, BCG will attempt to take in two NJSIAA playoff games. First, we’ll travel over to Basilone Field in Bridgewater to cover some of the action in the North Jersey Section 2 Group 5 opening round playoff game between top-seeded Bridgewater-Raritan and eighth-seeded Linden. Then, BCG will travel up to Lee Field in Basking Ridge for the North Jersey Section 2 Group 4 opening round contest between 4th seeded Ridge and fifth-seeded Colonia.

Finally, on Saturday, Big Central Gridiron will head up to Lieder Field in New Providence for the opening round playoff game between third-seeded and undefeated New Providence and sixth-seeded Secaucus. Many regional crossover games have been moved up from Thursday evening to Wednesday evening due to the storm.  So let’s dive in by taking a look at all BCC Week 9 contests on tap.
